    Needs more information. If you look up the company they make online casino games. Are the infringers stealing information themselves by fraudulent means? That’s a bigger issue. Casinos are bad enough, we don’t need people acting in bad faith on top of that. On the flip side, if these are modded free to play games, then fuck em and who cares. This one’s complicated without more details.

    Not only does the DMCA place no limits on the number of identities revealed per subpoena, the Judge explained, there are no requirements for supporting evidence or an individualized showing of infringement. Tamaris’ notification to GoDaddy was sufficient so the DMCA subpoena was issued accordingly.
