I know this isn’t all _that _ helpful but for me what worked was finally forcing myself to start playing a couple of the games in my backlog. It made me realize that I can really enjoy a lot of the games I already own which decreased my desire to buy more games.
I have a lot of games I haven’t played yet in my library, so I will patiently wait for another sale
