    The internal molding cracked, which led to the swelling. The battery is safe. But, they have no idea why the internal molding cracked.

    This tells me that they believe the battery is safe, but the ring still isn’t safe.

      probably user error but what a stupid product, should be obvious some user would be rough enough on it
