The Post says journalist Hannah Natanson had her phone and a Garmin watch seized by agents at her Virginia home.
An FBI affidavit says the search was related to an investigation into a system administrator in Maryland who authorities allege took home classified reports.
Amazing, this blatant preferential prosecution. Orange Man took home more than the entire last century’s leakers combined, to Mar-a-Lago. And got away scott-free.
What respect should any citizen give the law when it is so obviously waived for those obviously considered above them?
It’s ILLEGAL to take home Classified Documents?
If you have official access to them yes, it generally is illegal to bring classified documents outside the areas where their possession is required to do your job. Generally though it is absolutely not illegal to posess or distribute classified documents you have legitimately obtained (did not steal or solicit, ex: you were given them by an insider) if you are not an official entity.
(none of this applies to nuclear secrets, never ever fuck around with the DOE, the FPF can even kill other cops without repercussion)
