Sure, but this isn’t really about google – it’s about people who are worried about being abducted by the government and want their employer to protect them. And I’m sure this is a sentiment shared by employees at many companies across the country.
The difference here is that if any company is in a position to meaningfully protect their employees, it should be google. I think a natural question from this is, how can people most effectively get their employers to use their power to make their lives safer in this environment?
