I suspect there is a silver lining to this cloud. It might reduce the right wing media outrage machine. Racially sensitive, migration and SA cases involving anyone that isn’t white will usually try to be discreet if they’re not already in the media. The ability to find and track every single incident and inflate its visibility in online right wing circles has been a major factor in the radicalisation in the UK. It’s also how all the migrant hotels that were attacked were found, by finding court cases involving migrants and tying them back to their place of residence.
This would be true if the uk media didn’t just make things up. If they can’t see any real cases they will just invent them to keep their racist narrative going.
