They aren’t materially incorrect. They use the broadcast feed which is interlaced. So it’s 50 fields per second, which is equivalent to 25 frames per second.
The broadcast cameras operate with 50 frames per second, so the point of contact with the ball is one of those frames inside the 50 per second.
Yes, they make the same mistake. The feed from the truck is 50i, not 50p.
Well i made a mistake and posted an old link. They claim 100fps now which even if it’s 100i it’s still double the frame rate.
