Her seven-year-old daughter, Freyja, has Bardet-Biedl syndrome (BBS) and requires puberty blockers to treat a complication associated with the syndrome. Her endocrinologist, Dr. Hector Granados, stopped providing puberty blockers, after Attorney General Ken Paxton accused him of providing transgender care to minors, allegations that were later dismissed. Because his practice is the only pediatric endocrinology office in El Paso and it’s hard to obtain an appointment, the Jones-Radtke family is planning to move across state lines with hopes of easier access to this treatment and more care options.

Conservatives all over America are fucking up healthcare for cisgender and transgender women everyone but cis men, because the richest man in the world is ashamed of his daughter, and used that influence to try to make everyone else ashamed of her, too.

Cis and transgender people, as well as intersex and other gender nonconforming people, not just women.

Trans men are being denied hormones and used as a template to remove access to reproductive healthcare for people who need it. Intersex people are being denied bodily autonomy and used to make official policies that determine people’s gender for them. Gender non conforming people who may not ID as trans are being punished for appearing outside the norm and used to fearmonger about social contagion.

I am not trying to say trans women don’t need support, they absolutely do. But this also impacts more than just them, and focusing on only women when many other people who are often erased are also affected adds to that erasure. If something affects more than just trans women, then the other people suffering should be included in statements made about it.

Generally, the Epstein class would like us all to die. It’s just easier to go after the most vulnerable people first, but make no mistake; it’s a death cult. We are all in line for the chopping block.

Better now than later. It’s only a matter of time before they start taking this to the same extreme as abortions and treating it like a crime to cross state lines while suspected of getting medical care.
