My coworker has a contract for 32 hours a week and I wish that was me. I was born for 6-7 hour workdays. 8 is too much for me. Especially with the unpaid break on top. :c

There was an article a few days ago about ‘quiet quitting’, which means doing the bare minimum as stated on your contract and nothing more. So doing exactly what you signed for is twisted as ‘quitting’ because you don’t let them exploit you even more without compensation.
