This is the first time I’ve been awake in my entire life.
I’ve never been awake, I’m reading this all by astrally projecting from my dreams. Nevermind how I’m writing anything.
Sleeping on that trans-Pacific flight does wonders for catching up on that sleep debt.
This, same with “I had a tough day” and “my day was worse” type comments. Just let me vent then I’ll listen about your day.

What else am i supposed to do? Sleep and fail at literally everything i am doing and that’s of any worth in my life just because i don’t want to be tired the next day?
Hopefully the one hour sleeper is empathizing, and just letting them know they understand as they only slept an hour but can’t articulate it (to save energy).
It’s a bad day if I get any less than 8.5.
