Bleibt die leise Hoffnung, dass da irgendwann nachgebessert wird. Es würde ja schon reichen wenn dieser Exklusivrechte-Mist ein Ende hätte. Dann wären Livespiel-Übertragungen bei min. 2 Anbietern gleichzeitig möglich und es könnte so etwas wie Auswahl für den Kunden entstehen.

Mache ich ähnlich. Nur dass ich mittlerweile, anstatt Google, wieder meinen lokalen RSS-Client nutze. Und da mich Werbung auch nervt, dann fürs lokale eher Feeds der ÖR. DLF ist da tatsächlich ziemlich vielseitig. Und fürs Internationale BBC Word News.

Ok, got it. In this case it was something else: on my local instance it showed that I subscribed to the community, but on the community page itself it was stuck in status pending. Subscribed again now, hopefully this solves the problem.

Hm, I have to ask again: initially thought I had to follow a user on the remote instance, similar to mastodon. But is that possible in Lemmy? See it only in kbin. Because the remote community in question I have subscribed to before posting.
