Context: Mr Pepperoni (d*stiny) said the n-word on his podcast like 3 days ago. SeanDaBlack watches the clip on his twitch stream and says “this is why we should have killed slave owners”. Clip is posted on reddit and now on the front page. Reddit is mad about SeanDaBlack saying we should have killed slave owners and not mad at d*stiny for saying the n-word.
SeanDaBlack is a leftist and friend of Hasanabi. SeanDaBlack gained popularity online when he programmed a bot which spams anti-abortion websites with fake info (extremely cool).
Reasons that I’m posting this: 1) advocating to kill slave owners is the same reason /r/cth was banned. 2) it’s on the front page of /r/all 3) figures like Brianna Wu are now posting the clip on twitter.
LSF is one of the most reactionary subreddits on the site, its not worth paying attention to at all
SubredditDrama and LSF are the two places on reddit that legitimately make me seethe. Their users are so smug and Reddit banned the only subreddits who were good at putting the smug fascists in their place. They act like they’re entirely above politics, and they just outright dismiss anyone who has a political opinion that doesn’t look like the status quo. But when someone says something really based like in this clip, they turn into the Freikorps.
I think it’s specifically been taken over by Destiny viewers, too. They’re basically using it as a front in a propaganda war against Hasan. Hasan vs. Destiny clips got banned a little while ago, so now the sub is flooded with Destiny vs. someone associated with Hasan.
