If Biden made a gaff like that, the election would be over. But Plump can say the stupidest shit in the world and nobody notices because he floods the zone with stupid shit.

Remember when he challenged a guy to a fight and still won the primary? Expectations are low on both sides of the aisle.

He can say it cos he represent the people who are ok about it, otherwise Biden represent woke, LGBT+ or whatever people who are not ok about it. That’s why if Biden say that it will be over. About if it is stupid or not I believe it depends on the POV, at least RepubliKKKans are open about it, beside Dems being the same but preaching to get the woke vote.

Biden doesn’t represent the “woke” people. Those are the people calling for Biden’s head on a pike because of the United States’ support to Israel, and they’ve been very vocal about refusing to vote for him.

Yeah I mean that’s why I said he it’s preaching, he is trying to convince them to vote for him.

At some point he used to represent them, but yeah the mess about the genocide definitely made a lot of people stopped supporting him.

So Biden doesn’t actually believe in the freedom to obtain and use contraceptives? He just pays it lip service?

I don’t know exactly if he really believes it or not, but the fact is: he is trying to convince people with his speech, it’s just how politics work, you convince people to vote for you and then you get or stay in the power, at least at that level it’s how it works.

Anyway I didn’t get how people take politics so serious, at the end both parties work for the same owners, American polítics its just a well coordinated mimic.

The owners are the ones who have the money not the ones who vote for them.

He also took actions which would have a real impact on real people. But since we don’t know if he really believes it, both sides are the same.

All this about contraceptives makes me think the following: in states where the facilitation policy is followed, there will be fewer births and therefore those children will not be educated by people of that ideology, in states where they are not facilitated there will be more births. and those children will be educated with another ideology and therefore people who will gradually emigrate to other states, in the long run what this would cause would be greater political power for the Republicans, the main problem with the wokie ideology is that it is being condemned itself to disappear. The wokes should start reproducing and raising their children correctly or they will be condemned to be outnumbered by the republicans, Republicans are definitely thinking about the long run instead of just getting votes today. Not to mention that a large part of the wookies not only cannot have children but they will not have them. Let’s see what will be the stance about adoption but I bet the republican objective will definitely be to avoid wokies to adopt.

It’s all about tricking people into thinking it’s good for them and then quietly fucking them while pointing to the democrats.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

The comments, made during an interview with a Pittsburgh television station, suggested that a future Trump administration might consider imposing mandates or supporting state restrictions on such highly personal decisions as whether women can have access to birth control.

“Women across the country are already suffering from Donald Trump’s post-Roe nightmare, and if he wins a second term, it’s clear he wants to go even further by restricting access to birth control and emergency contraceptives,” Biden-Harris spokesperson Sarafina Chitika said in a statement.

When asked during an April 12 interview with Time magazine for his views on the Comstock Act and the mailing of abortion pills, the former president promised to make a statement on the issue in the next 14 days, saying “I feel very strongly about it.

“Trump overturned Roe, brags about it constantly, and is proud of the horrific reality where women’s lives are at risk, doctors are threatened with jail time, and IVF and birth control access are under attack.”

“I imagine the events in New York City have been very distracting, but we are watching for an announcement,” said Kristi Hamrick, spokesperson for the anti-abortion group Students for Life, referring to the former president’s hush money trial.

Mini Timmaraju, president of the abortion rights group Reproductive Freedom for All, pointed to the GOP’s Project 2025 playbook – a blueprint for ways to reshape the federal government in the event of a Republican presidential win in 2024.
