Feel free to have a look at
Been watching Deep Space 9. I’m in the middle of S5 now, after sort of fizzling out during the original run in the 90s. I still haven’t decided if I like Avery Brooks as an actor. I like Ben Sisko more than Jonathan Archer, though. I can tell you that. Archer was a terrible character and Bakula rarely helped me like him more.
Also keeping up with Agatha All Along, which is a bit slight but has a very good command of mood and a likeable cast. I understand they made it on a budget as well, in which case good for them. It’s telling a story that works with the resources available.
My kid got too fixated on her crappy magical-girl animes during breakfast, so now I pick what’s on while she eats and I make her lunch. I picked Gravity Falls, but it turns out she likes it. Apparently Zoomers and late millennials made lots of memes about it, so she already knew shit I didn’t.
The wife and I are almost through Call the Midwife, which is proof that the BBC is wise not to let most shows outstay their welcome, both because it’s a bad idea generally and because they’re terrible at it in particular. It’s not quite hate-watching, but the eyerolling and our constant disappointment at

Sister Monica Joan’s insistence on remaining alive
has become a large component of the fun. Also, wanting to punch Dame Vanessa Redgrave in the face upon hearing her barf out another increasingly random emotional voiceover is probably not a good headspace to be in.
The penguin. Pretty good so far.
I started rewatching 30 Rock while I had COVID and then promptly forgot about it catching up with work.
Now I’m in it again, in the middle of season 4.
I’ve also caught myself watching Agents of Shield again even though I told myself I wouldn’t.
Oh and I’m following along the Suits rewatch podcast and finished watching the second episode.
I’ve made it to the last season of Murder, She Wrote. For the past two years, it’s been the show I pop on to fall asleep too. Most episodes I’ve seen the first twenty minutes a half dozen times and I have no recollection for what happens during the episode conclusion.
Other than that, Agatha. I wasn’t too sure I would continue until the episode 2 road song. I love a creepy harmony and they nailed it.
Been rewatching ReGenesis
“ReGenesis is a Canadian science-fiction television series that explores the world of biotechnology and the ethical dilemmas associated with scientific advancements. Set in a near-future, the show follows a fictional group of scientists working at the NorBAC (North American Biotechnology Advisory Commission) as they investigate biological threats like pandemics, genetic mutations, and bioterrorism.”
On Tubi
“Lioness” with Zoe Saldana and Nicole Kidman. Weird combination of anti-terrorist propaganda and soap opera.
Just watched Hundreds of Beavers. I wasn’t expecting much, and it actually made me laugh out loud a couple times.
Finished Krapopolis season 1 (light hearted Dan Harmon cartoon involving a city and ancient gods/monsters), which was my eating a meal show … can’t find a new meal show so I’ve just been watching Kruggsmash’s latest Dwarf Fortress series on YouTube. It’s a narrativized playthrough with additional cartoon elements to explain what’s going on:

I finished Rings of Power season 2. I enjoyed it.
Watching “The Fog” (1980) for the first time!
Frisky Dingo! It was about time for the fourth or fifth rewatch.
I finished S01 of Raised by Wolves. S02 is queued up next.
I discovered The Dark Side of the Ring and have been watching episodes here and there. I’m not a wrestling buff, but the history is really enthralling.
And I’m looking forward to a new episode of FROM on Sunday.
Just got caught up on From myself and super excited for new episodes!
Raised by wolves season 1 ends on a strange scene that adjusts the tone and focus. Season 2 continues that and is both better and worse, more consistent and more batshit. A fun watch. Such a shame it couldn’t continue. I hope this isn’t in any way spoilery.
I’ve seen both seasons before, I just wanted to watch them again.
I’m tempted but as it doesn’t conclude, I’m not hugely pushed. Its one thing to be disappointed that it gets cancelled. Another entirely to go in knowing it won’t complete.
Certainly rewatching may be interesting given how things progressed.
The 38th episode of Battlefield. It dates to 2002, is from a series on the history of World War II. It covers the Scandinavian portion of the conflict. I’ve watched it before, but felt like a re-watch.
Nothing, just YouTube. I can’t afford anything and most media sucks
I’m forcing my way through the walking dead and its spinoffs. Just did s4-5 of Fear, it was pretty bad. The writers or showrunners just gave up somehow.
First couple of seasons of Fear were really good, and then … yeah.
