Not really comparable since the og murderer only killed one person and was murdered by the people (mostly bourgeois) that were affected by it. so it’s a 1-1 of killings even though several people participated.
The UHC CEO and Mr Burns on the other hand committed crimes on a 1-many basis. There are unlimited suspects not only because many people are affected by each loss but because the crimes are so numerous and widespread that there is essentially no-one in the society unaffected.
