The bottom is kinda okay, the top just looks like a bad watermark.

Can’t reverse search, where does this come from ?
i found it on duck duck go, looking for art by “your friendly neighbourhood schizophrenic”. this picture seems to come from facebook (cringe) and i dont know if its by the above mentioned artist.
