Nope, it’s crows. Crows solve problems just like orcas, and remember. However crows can manipulate objects much better. Studies have shown they’re already using tools. Also, they can freaking fly!
Also, if we’re betting, I say a crows wing is much more likely to evolve an opposing thumb than a dolphin flipper.
