      Yep.

      I had a look and while not perfect it takes $5 to reactivate the account for a month and download your images. (and anyone that interested in photography surely has an offline backup…)

      Nothing has been deleted and users were given 2 months notice of the change…

      Not perfect but far from dystopian.

    If you think this is bad, wait until Fox-Mar starts harassing you about your kids’ school pictures. Last year their hand was over the Delete button for two months and they told me about it at least weekly. I lost count of the number of final warnings i got. Now I’ve already started getting the “prepare for your child’s picture day!” spam.

    GDPR mandates that you are able to download all your data. You should be able to write them and ask for it.
