    Is this from that one Detroit Grand Pubahs album cover, Galactic Ass Creatures From Mars? Or, much more terrifying, did two entirely different artists both reach this same concept independently?

      If they really did reach that concept independently, then they weren’t the first. The Shirime is a Japanese youkai with exactly this concept.
