I have no idea who this person is, never heard of them, the post is completely out of context, but “my struggle” is still a very innocuous phrase commonly used in English.
The context is that he was photographed w Kanye wearing a Nazi shirt
JPEGmafia (“peggy”) is a rapper. I think they’ve made communist statements or something in the past, I’ve never been into his stuff. The context is having appeared with a neonazi who was wearing a Burzum shirt (also neonazis) in an Instagram post talking about some sort of collaboration.

It’s all right, he isn’t very well known but Adolf Hitler was a fascist Right-winger who was the leader of Nazi Germany during WW2 and the Holocaust. He was infamously anti-Semitic and anti-Communist. He plunged Europe and a lot of the world into disaster, lost the war, and killed himself as the glorious Red Army approached Berlin because he was a loser like his followers today.
