There never was a two state solution. It’s a sham that likes to pretend as if the entirety of palestinian territory isn’t under permanent israeli occupation.
A two state solution requires the forceful removal of the israeli military and roving gangs of zionist supremacists. A two state solution means that Israel can no longer steal the resources of its neighbors because it means war and sanctions. It was never going to happen.
If it wasn’t so horrific I’d almost laugh at the way they are going on with these hypotheticals. It is dead. This is his legacy. Its over. Its DONE. Even if we did a complete bipolar about face tomorrow…in what plausible timeline going forward is a two state solution tenable? I feel like people writing these articles still aren’t grappling with the sheer scale of what has already happened.
