last year i was talking to my cousin and they told a story about their great uncle who was a about 7 years old in 1920 for the election and his dad took him down to the polling station to see the results. this was back in the day, you understand, and you’d have to go look at a chalkboard to see the tally. anyway my great uncle twice removed or whatever he is, he looked at the tally and then looked down at the kid and said, “they didn’t count my vote.”

    “how do you know, dad?”

“because it says there’s 0 votes for eugene debs!”

It’s actually hilarious how much kammy has failed upwards. From getting absolutely roasted in the primary last time around to president in one cycle. Supporting genocide really takes you places in the USA

Normally not much a chatter but need to vent. I don’t even live in a swing state. I’m in as firm a blue state as you can get. Yet my family still feels the need to get mad at me for voting Claudia. As if there’s some invisible number you have it hit and then the liberal fairy will give you good boi points.

At least voting PSL eases my conscience a little. If I voted Harris and she still loses I would not only contribute nothing to that result. But then I’d feel shit for voting for the genocide enabler.

Just put in my ballot for Claudia De La Cruz. Wrote in Joseph Stalin for all the local “entrepreneur vs cop” races, and voted appropriately on measures. Never gonna vote for a Democrat ever again.

Every so often I find myself thinking back and juxtaposing my current view of US electoral politics to how I felt on the day of the 2020 Nevada caucus. What a fucking radicalizing experience the 2020 primary was, and it becomes more and more radicalizing the longer time goes on and reveals to us none of it ever mattered.

She’s not winning Arizona, dems are straight up delusional about that

That state is deep south in terms of racism against black candidates, in fact I would maintain its one of the top five racist states in the country

Imagining liberals gleefully camping outside of polling places tonight in tents like it’s a Harry Potter midnight release
