They’re still assholes and if you can even find an employee, they don’t know what you’re talking about.
Please remember that this is the fault of the megacorp and not the employee who never received adequate training.
I worked at lowes for a bit. In the paint department. How it works is one person is in charge of each different department. One head for plumbing one for hardware etc. What i found was that person was very very knowledgeable of their respective department, the 6 others working in that department essentially to stock shelves mix, paint cut lumber etc didn’t know fuck all. Like we could our department running but if you had a specific question then usually only the department head could help the customer, however the department was always in trainings or meetings so it was just a bunch of young folks that weren’t trained properly to help.

Totally agree. Also they let go the grey beards that have all the knowledge in favor of min wage kids with zero experience. This is a management/greed issue as with most companies.
Same with Lowe’s and some ACE.
He’d have been uninvolved for a very long time by this point.
I’ve known 95 year olds who are very active in whatever they hold dear to their hearts.
You can try. All the merchandise is locked in cages.
After this election, I don’t trust any of you, either. Lock the items behind two cages.
