    This behavior is to be expected since the EU is heavily vulnerable to blackmail due to its many hard dependencies on US-based software and services. I suspect that many EU leaders can easily be bullied into submission by the current kleptocracy in the US.

    I should start kidnapping my neighbours to steal their liquors and vine, then run their houses until I’ve stolen all their shit. Police will probably asses the situation for a few years, then let it go, due to lack of evidence.

    No, it absolutely isn’t.

    It violated our own laws, international laws, and as far as I’m concerned it’s both an act of war, and possibly a literal war crime (please, anyone with more knowledge than me weigh in on that last one) and every other country should treat ours accordingly. We broadcast to the world that it’s do what our leader wants or we will take whatever we feel like.

    Heck we did that decades ago, but now we aren’t even lying about it.
