Here’s the thing though, they may, there been plenty of token minorities in fascist movements that fair pretty well. Israeli has the son of some former Hamas leader on their payroll and he’s apparently living pretty kush. If you’re shameless enough you can do pretty well in this role.

Fascist movements only keep token minorities on their side when they’re still needed.
If Hamas was actually destroyed, the son of that former Hamas leader wouldn’t be useful anymore.
Yeah I think part of the gamble is that they figure the conflict won’t ever fully end, at least not on their lifetimes
That’s taking an unlikely bet with kinda bad rewards.
