G (pictured with the teeth out) has been doing better since he’s gotten dog chemo. Although he’s not cured, he has his energy back and is eating again :)

Right. Sounds like just about all of us are feeling down in the dumps for one reason or another. I promised justkitten some special motivation brew, which has been accomplished. And I have ingredients left over. So tonight there will be a special brew made to cheer us all up. Should kick in overnight what with it being a full moon and all. It’s halal, kosher, paleo, vegan, dairy free, nut free, sweetener free and gluten free so everyone can enjoy. Plenty for everyone so don’t be shy.

PS. I also have a new cauldron that I want to try out

Thank you, O Witch. I regret to mention that the motivation brew worked sideways - I ended up cleaning my house, which is admittedly a well-known side effect. I am definitely feeling dumpy after frittering away most of the day so I would like a portion of the mood brew please. I promise to get to work tomorrow! I have to see the doctor in the morning anyway, so it’ll get me out of the house…

It is at least very obvious if I have the reading glasses on and look up at anything else. It might help keep me focused on my reading, I certainly can’t focus on anything else. I’ll probably only wear the reading glasses when I am sitting on the lounge reading, the multi-focals are good for everything else.

Finally finished off the last of this batch of stir fry.

Stuffed it up with cooking the noodles too long or something and they weee too soft and gluggy.

Hopefully next batch will go better. If not then it’s the brand of hokkien noodles I picked up.

            can i join in?

I haven’t been too good with reading the past few years, just haven’t had the mental stamina, so to start reading again is a joyous thing for me.

so these past two weeks I have been reading an art book by Pro Hart, an art theory book by Anthony Blunt!, a book on paint technology, and studying to retake my driving license, ( which I let lapse ) .

Miss Meow really likes Mr Woof’s new carrier. The sheepskin rug is apparently very comfortable.

Having a professional mycologist play Guess The Mushroom in court is hilarious.

Adding in: I get that it’s hard to tell the difference between mushrooms for mere mortals… but that still doesn’t explain how the poisonous mushrooms were only found in the dehydrator and the four victims?

acording to the latest season of Clarksons farm they are basically space penises? So is a mycologist just an expert in space wangs?
