I mean the title question would be super illegal. The thing he did is probably fine if its in a bag and especially fine if he didnt hit anyone with it.
I propose we pass a law that officially makes "he needed killin’ " a legally admissible affirmative defense. If you can prove to the jury, beyond a reasonable doubt, that someone just needed killin’, you can’t be convicted of murder.
I’m sure this won’t have any horrific negative side effects whatsoever…
Don’t be so sure about that, consider that raw chicken will be a good carrier for diseases. On the other hand, if those christians aren’t vaccinated they would also qualify for this.
Throwing something at a person is battery, pretty much everywhere in the US.
You could also make an argument that it’s “discharging bodily fluids” or some weird kind of “disturbing the peace” type of offense predicated just on disturbing other people around you, but it definitely would be battery.

It probably could constitute assault, even without hitting someone
It’s biological material too which often has legal implications.
I’d say about the same level of assault than the christians gathering to call other people murderers.
It’s too bad the ‘powers that be’ will probably get really mad something was thrown near their sister or something
Unfortunately, “they deserved it” isn’t really part of the law.

Well tbf cops already do that and it’s going as well as you expect it to
Nah cops don’t need to justify their murders to get away with them

What if you throw a car battery at someone? Is that double battery?
Battery2
That’s a AA battery
Only if the battery is charged
Are they discharged if it’s not?
Infinite battery glitch found. Time to plug them into my controller.
