It’s frustrating how long games take to download. When I buy a game I want to play it now, not hours away. I tried Fallout New Vegas because it had a much quicker download time, but I wasn’t enjoying it so ended up returning it.
Not sure if you’re using Steam but in the past I’ve found changing download region to a city that is at like 4 AM time zone is often a lot faster than local servers.

Yeah this happened to me once when I lived in an apartment. If you don’t have a spot to hide a spare key, leave one in your car, or slide one into your wallet (wallet is not ideal because it will probably contain ID with address on it, so at your own risk)
Edit: for the car, you can use a magnetic box so it’s stuck somewhere you can reach with out needing to open car because of not having keys.
